In this role I developed a Marketing Strategy which aligned to the Organisational Strategy, Marketing Plans, and a Communications Framework, and an Annual Report for the business. In addition, to partnering with ICT to develop a new intranet and developing the Marketing budget for FY23_24, I re-allocated resources to optimise the team's efficiency and upskilled and cross skilled the team to improve business continuity.
