      This location had two distinctively different businesses. 365 days of the year, the Resort ran daily operations as a hot tub resort. Offering private rooms with a view of Puddingstone Lake while relaxing in a hot tub. During the weekends the Resort hosted different types of events (weddings, birthdays, anniversaries) ranging from 50 to 300 people on two separate outdoor areas of the resort. As the lead manager I was responsible for multiple positions depending on the day of the week and events that were operating.Managing a resort staff included scheduling, shift management, payroll, and performance reviews. The position also required monitoring and resolving maintenance issues throughout the entire resort.       Re-opened a Covid closed Club in 2020 and increased sales by 34% and active membersby 49%. The Club had no staff of trainers or associates during this increase. Utilized myskills in sales and operations to take this location to a new level of success. That successwas seen and in 2022 the Club was sold to a new owner, and I was able to retain myposition. Since new ownership, the Club has grown exponentially in revenue, 56%, andnow maintains the #1 position in the US with an active membership base.Analyzed the local market in 2020 and determined the Club was being undervaluedand in turn, increased membership pricing. Was able to share the value of the newpricing with improved systems of cleanliness, friendliness, and operationalequipment with prospects encouraging member growth.Implemented systems of automation aiding in the ability to manage a Club with nostaff.
