Her responsibilities include Business Alignment and Strategy, Customer executive relationship, quality improvement activities, People Management, as well as People Readiness and IP responsibilities. Jackie is involved in business and technical risk management as well as the entire IT services lifecycle, with broad focus on technical talent, consistent delivery, innovation and technology alignment. Jackie works closely with the Services leadership team in supporting the sales strategy and execution plan across the three lines of business: Enterprise Strategy, Consulting and Support.Prior to the CTO role, Jackie was a Solution Architect and successfully applied a mix of advanced technology and strategic business acumen while applying both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end technology solutions. Jackie graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada with a degree in Computer Science.
