      As Head Of Service for Epos Now US it is my duty to ensure customer success and satisfaction is at the heart of what we do as a company. I am responsible for the management and performance of the Implementation, Technical support and logistics teams here in the US and constantly strive for process improvement and development. I handle the recruitment process for each of the teams in addition to providing structured learning paths for all employees aligning employees personal goals with that of the company. I have a proven track record of over achievement across multiple departments in various roles and bring that experience and knowledge to the individuals within all teams here at Epos Now. In the first year within my current role I have managed to deliver 70% of the companies total satisfaction reviews globally from my US departments using unique strategies and process improvements: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/eposnow.comI have delivered sustained 30% revenue growth month on month in the service department resulting in $400,000 pro rata.We have experienced explosive growth, in excess of 156% year-on-year.
