  • Developed the schematics and layouts of various cells for different drive strengths using Cadence Virtuoso and Cadence Schematic (130nm Technology). • Performed the Assura DRC and LVS checks. • Performed QRC to perform parasitic extraction. • Verified behavior of all cells by performing HSPICE simulations. • Generated a new library consisting of all these gates using Synopsys Silicon Smart. • Developed a gate level net list for sample circuits using Synopsys Design Vision and performed automatic routing using Cadence Encounter.
