  In my role at T.E.H Realty I am in charge of managing and preparing finance reports for the company’s Multi Family assets (more than 6,000 houses in 26 complexes) as well as managing the cash flow of the company. In addition, I am monitoring and controlling renovation projects of the Multi Family assets and also in charge on the business relationships between the company and the finance institutions such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
