      SERVICE MANAGEMENT / DEVELOPMENT The effective management and deployment of resources to ensure that the desired service outcomes are achieved at a minimum cost to the organisation.  To co-ordinate the deployment of staffing resources. To manage staff rotas, timesheets and jobtraining cover, as required. To authorise annual leave, noting the appropriate systems in conjunction with maintaining and noting all relevant systems for other forms of leave. Leading the development, implementation and maintenance of quality management systems for identified projects.  Leading, motivating, developing and enabling training for identified staff to achieve the organisation’s objectives.  Evaluate and develop services for their identified project area, including job finding and training provision as necessary. Provide appropriate presentations to promote the organisation to a variety of groups.  Seek continually to develop and improve procedures and review implementation against agreed standards performance indicators and legislation.  Implementing changes in procedures, practices and systems to achieve an organisational culture which is routed in customer care and operational efficiency.
