    • The Vine Bar & Grill

      Jun 2017 - Sept 2017
      Bar Staff

This position required me to work efficiently both alone and as part of a team, in a fast paced, high pressure environment to ensure the provision of great customer service. I used initiative, regularly taking on extra responsibility as required. I maintained good self-management when running the bar alone and assumed a leadership role when working within a team to meet deadlines and ensure good time management. This developed both my communication and people skills, and the ability to create and maintain good interpersonal relationships with my colleagues, especially in stressful situations. Show less
