  As part of my month-long internship, I worked in the project “Participatory Budgeting” in collaboration with the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) introduced for the first time in Pune. Some of my responsibilities included:- Assisting in the translation of the data collected by holding a public survey.- Consolidating and presenting the data in a compressed manner in order to determine the key areas in which the citizens wanted the funds allocated to be spent.

  As part of this Research Project, I researched extensively on the topic of “Survival of Obligations” clause in technical contracts entered into by software companies. This research project involved looking in detail at the Indian, European, and American particularly the Uniform Commercial Code(UCC) along with the Singapore Contract Laws followed by analysing the court rulings on the same.
