Scope of 4.2k assets - relates to US $ 69M in Gross Asset and US $ 15.5 Net Business Value - distributed in approx. 21 a, including client Datacenters and buildings and IBM sites (with around 15-20 floors). By creating a warn and collaborative supportive network between all Accounts stakeholders, it was key to assist during investigation to locate machines that by X reasons, were moved not following ITIL processes in place and having the project achievements in target and overall objectives.(2015) IBM Asset Management Services implementation on one of the major global Steel Company. Scope approx. of 50k assets distributed in 193 locations, including steel plants for different products, branch offices, Logistics centers, business offices, stores.Client expectations reached by transferring the related activities to IBM execution but going over by tactically demonstrating the expertise of our personnel to the appropriate stakeholders in different communication ways, which built a solid Trust relationship with focus on how to Transform the client (his desire). By stimulating as many as possible brainstorm sessions using Design Thinking and Lean/Six Sigma methods, identified 20-25 opportunities for process improvements and 01-03 new Sales Opportunities, which shared with Client teams for follow on.(2014) Re-inventory project on large Brazilian Airlines company recent acquired by Latin America Travel and Transportation org. Scope of 35k assets distributed in approx. 75 locations, including airports facilities, branch offices, MRO sites, travel agencies all over the country. Contracted 3rd party technicians (procurement management part of) were in front of the users, collaboratively to anticipate issues and work with IBM support lines to avoid tickets be opened and also, a contributor for all company transition/transformation that were occurring with the new culture. Show less Brazil management staffWorked as volunteer on DB2 on Campus program, handled in IBM Toronto Lab, Canada. This program is part of University Relationship organization that has the objective to disseminate the usage of DB2 software in the educational institutions, to grow the workforce in this technology. Main role was to assist Raul Chong on the program management supervising metrics, activities and other ambassadors. Main achievement was to organize and assist Raul's tour in Brazil in 3Q/2007 in which many universities were visited and hundreds of students presented to DB2.Brazil innovatorAs volunteer, joined the Board of Improvements team. This team was formed by ACC volunteers, that have considerable knowledge in Systems like BRIO, Excel, Approach, etc that could be used to automate manual procedures, turning processes more efficient..
