During this time - I led a project to create a Regional Call Centre from our Bristol office, this included Training and developing a team of staff, implementing and Auditing the systems and processes, and providing the Head Office team with monitoring reports and results. My last year of work with Nestor involved a move to Truro and a period of Branch management, Recruitment and Sales related activity.
