  Managed end-to-end operations for hosiery garments. Familiarized myself with the various aspects of starting & managing a merchandising unit. Established and maintained strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and factory workers, which helped the company negotiate favourable terms to secure materials and workforce. Conducted pricing analysis to set appropriate pricing for manufacturing hosiery garments.  Managed production schedules by conducting frequent follow-ups with the production unit. Coordinated sample development, fabric sourcing, 5+ production processes, packaging, and 3+ Critical quality inspections to ensure adherence to the specified quality standards and timeline. Executed the order fulfillment process, from placing purchase orders to sample development and approval, tracking production, shipment, and delivery of hosiery garments for 2 companies.
