  Exploration geologist

  I started my career as an exploration geologist and since then have vast experience from reconnaissance to diamond drilling programs with several companies before joining Petromin. With Petromin I was responsible for organising field work, liaisons with land owners, taking part in the field programs and data compilations into the company server. I was also involved in project evaluation doing desk top studies and due diligence for recommendations to the management and representing the company in many meetings with potential investors. Recently, I have been converted to a Resource Geologist.. Apart from projects, I am also active with the exploration division assisting my exploration team in looking after a tenement, organising work programs and compiling their data into database and Micromine.   My responsibility includes database management of exploration/field data, collation, plotting of sections in micromine, doing interpretation and field programs and taking part in field activities, tenement management of the 8 tenements, reports and company documentations, due diligence and desktop studies and evaluations of advanced operating projects for investment purposes as the state nominee in major projects.
