  My primary responsibility is to identify, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve high-priority and complex network security related issues that are escalated from Cisco TAC globally while providing mentorship to colleagues.Additionally, I work with product development to provide more serviceability, stability, and an overall more enjoyable experience working with Cisco Firepower and ASA. My primary responsibility is to identify, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve high-priority and complex network security related incidents that are escalated in RTP for Amazon. All of the previous responsibilities carry over from my previous role with TAC Firewall, and the added responsibility of including every product under the Cisco security suite. Perform all of the aforementioned responsibilities from the CSE role while adding additional roles concerning escalation issues, leadership, and training. My primary responsibility is to identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve high-priority and complex network security-related incidents that are escalated to the Cisco backbone firewall team in RTP.Our team serves as the last line of support for network security incidents that involve Cisco network security devices.
