  Astech 3P ltd is a FMCG plant of Unilever where produced Pepsodent tooth powder and Vaseline petroleum jelly.Job responsibility:* Develop and Implement HSEQ management system according to ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 standard. * Assess Risk of each production line and activity of production, engineering & warehouse. Investigate any fire and safety issues, near misses, and accidents to determine their cause and recommend preventive measures.* Conducted External Safety Audits (SGS, URS, BUREAU VERITAS-MMS) to ensure compliance with safety regulations and good track record. And also execute Internal Audit like DCA.* Develop and update all safety related record, document and register.Conduct or direct testing of air quality (dust level), noise and temperature to verify compliance with health and safety regulations.* Define PPE matrix and give awareness to all employees. Ensure right signs and symbols on safety are displayed across the units. * Ensure chemical MSDS, Hazardous signs and arrange training on proper chemical management.* Conduct an adequate program of training for health and safety is established and that the safety culture is encouraged amongst employees.
