  * Support and Implementation of IT services for 15 branches locations in Plateau, and some part of Kaduna and Bauchi States with over 70 ATM machines, 10 cash deposit machines, and one ATM card vending machine (self-service).* Continues monitoring and maintenance of systems and networks.* Respond to technical support calls from staff members and communicate how to resolve issues.* Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems, software faults or hardware complications.* Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal and external teams.* Provide prompt and accurate feedback to end users(staff).* Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.* Maintain jovial relationships with staff members.* Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.* Talk to end users or staff members through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved a technical issue.
