These properties are typically distressed or in need of some sort of repairs and, due to the condition, we are able to offer these properties at wholesale prices.I can provide private funding if needed, and a network of third party contractors to help with their remodel. I aim to get my investors into properties well below market value, which includes the purchase price and the cost to remodel the property.
