  Powertrain & Electronics Engineer

  Participation in the D:DreamHall team Nova Electric Racing. With this team a 1st place was achieved in the European MotoE competition with the fully electric racing motorcycle we built. Within the team I assisted in the design of the battery pack and Battery Management System. I initiated the design for an in-house Battery Management System and developed the Safety Control Unit inside the motorcycle.

  As Junior PCB Designer I fully developed, designed and realised the hardware for the RIM version 2, part of the OCMS project. This required in-depth analysis of version 1, taking design choices made with me in the development of version 2.

  In cooperation with the Thailand office I created the first version of electrical documentation of TukTuk's being sold. As this was not done before it was a huge effort which gave me the opportunity for a very hands-on experience with the vehicles. Next, I consulted customers suggesting solution the various issues they might face, putting to use the extensive technical knowledge I had built up creating the electrical documentation.

  Responsible for the electrical development of the first turbine prototypes of the 1- and 3-meter models, where in-depth knowledge of generators, controllers and inverters was crucial. Next to that I took responsibility for the electrical domain within the charging department, Tulip Power. Both required constant multitasking and frequent contact with suppliers, manufacturers and co-developers.
