  Head up the Business Intelligence function within a multidisciplinary team also composed of Finance, Contracting, Performance and Quality experts that delivers an end to end contract negotiation and monitoring service to SEL CCGs, as well as a dedicated advanced Contracting Analytics and BI function. Manage a wide team of specialist Information analysts and managers and leading them to provide top of the range analytical and reporting solutions to Commissioners in South East London in support of Acute and Community Contracts and emerging commissioning models, such as Prime Contracting, of which the team has considerable experience in supporting.Lead the development and delivery of analytical and reporting products to respond to NHS England's Operating Plan Assurance cycle, and provide subject matter expert support at key regional meetings with NHS England and STP representatives.Contribute to the yearly negotiation of Acute/Community contracts with SEL hosted Providers on behalf of CCGs, through direct participation at senior negotiation meetings and by transforming a range of complex contracting data into meaningful insights that feed the commissioning and negotiating strategies.Responsible for the development and yearly local negotiation of the Information and Reporting Requirements Schedule of the national NHS contract with four hosted NHS Provider Trusts: Guy's and St. Thomas, King's College, Lewisham and Greenwich, Dartford and Gravesham, and BMI.Design and maintenance of a range of data validation analysis tools, delivered through advanced SQL scripts and complex reporting to enable effective and timely contract management of Provider Trusts, including their adherence to good data and reporting standards. This validation process includes the setup and regular maintenance of detailed adn well documented SUS v SLAM reconciliation reports for SEL hosted Provider Trusts in support of contracting and NHS England assurance processes.
