      Mar 2007 - Dec 2015
      Customer Service/ Farm Guide

Roles and Responsibilities: I worked part time at 'Hall Hill farm', this is a working farm and award winning tourist attraction. I worked here since I was sixteen years of age, during this period I gained excellent customer service skills face to face and over the phone. This has been shown in mystery shopper reports explaining I was 'calm and collected' with customers at a very busy time. I have gained leadership skills by becoming a Farm Guide which includes taking the children and teachers around the farm and teaching them the workings of the farm, the animals and health and safety. As well as working on the farm I was one of few who had been entrusted to work in the Gift Shop on the farm. This involved greeting customers into the farm, handling money, stock control and also answering the phone. Certificates achieved: Welcome Host (includes Welcome to Excellence) Show less
