My dedication to my work and willingness to learn was quickly spotted by my then managers, who gave me the opportunity to progress within the ranks. I studied further doing my Security Management Certificate through Intec College. I then completed my Management Development Programme with HR Solutions where I obtained distinction's in all my modules. I was allowed to serve on many portfolio committee within Stallion Security which gave me a broader understanding of the security business. My mentorship programme into Senior Management was conducted by my Managing Director who saw my potential and this later lead me to take on Senior Management positions for the company in Pretoria, Witbank , Botswana and Durban.
