  Founder of LUSTA, a new umbrella organisation bringing together student societies, the Faculty of Science and Technology and the Centre for Enterprise, Employability and Career (CEEC) to coordinate undergraduate recruitment, outreach, and graduate career activities related to science and technology and also provide a single strategy for engaging with enterprises. Managed a team of student ambassadors to deliver a wide variety of projects. Characterisation and modelling of semiconductor materials including nanostructures for optoelectronic applications. As part of the placement I developed data processing techniques to analyse data that was not compatible with latest modelling software as well as collaborating with several multinational research teams, discussing different approaches and contributing to research presented at two quantum technology conferences.
