Reports on project progress to inputs into the QTRAX system and to attend the meeting. Assist with pre-commissioning activities where needed to oversee that the safety precaution are adhered. Assisting with startup boiler introduce FG&BFW to boiler to produce steam for start of pre commissioning ,steam blow air blow lube oil flushing and chemical cleaning of piping system. Configuration of attemperation spool and knock out pots for steam blowing of system ,Removal of control valves and other equipment to initiate air blowing of system. Assembly of temporary spool for chemical flushing of lube oil and fuel gas system. Oversee UG Piping activities and system, CWS, CWR 24”to 102” carbon steel FW 30” FRP to 6”carbon steel riser, BS SS & OWS system also in my scope, making sure to follow up all QC Activity and clarify that all test packs are signed off with all the thrust blocks and riser in place and completed before back filling and release for paving. Lock out /Tag out responsible person monitoring the lock out and tag out of all piping systems for the nightshift liaison with U/O at the battery limits and client keeping a records tracking in the log book of all lock numbers, pipe code system and location, supervise all Qa/Qc personnel on the nightshift and collect reports giving supports and direction when needed.
