  As I am very passionate about knowledge sharing and staying in touch with the next generation leaders, I am working as a lecturer at the DHBW in Stuttgart.- Focus of the lecture is to answer the question of how business model innovation drives digital transformation. The students learn about the fundamentals of business model innovation including various methods and tools, like the Business Model Canvas and the Get/Keep/Grow-Funnel. In addition, we demystify the business models of platforms and have a look at business ecosystems, all rounded up by digging in the IoT. - The lecture takes place in the 6th semester for students of Business Informatics.
