      I began with Wadley July 1, 2013 working as an outpatient registrar in the admissions department of Wadley in Texarkana. I transferred to the Wadley Breast Center approximately 2 years later. I moved to Hope, Arkansas while working in the Breast Center and was approached about doing Pre-registration at Wadley in Hope, I transferred to the Hope facility October 31, 2016. I now am the outpatient registrar at Wadley in Hope.

      I am a DAX Full Service SME, leading a team of 28 quality documentation administrators who, along with AI, turn recordings from medical providers into EHR ready documentations that adhere to strict quality and compliance standards. I review complex issues and resolve customer issues through problem solving, collaboration, and research. I assist with indepth product troubleshooting and remediation when needed. My team collaborates on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources as needed to provide customer satisfaction. I provide feedback to more senior engineers and coach my team as needed. I actively identify potential defects and escalate to more senior engineers as needed to resolve if my team cannot find a resolution themselves. Show less
