  During the internship on Devon Energy do Brasil, I acquired strong interpersonal skills and technical knowledge on well engineering. On Logistic sector, the supervisor Marcus Werneck presented me some emergency situations and in those requiring quick assessment of some factor in order to make appropriate decisions and now I am able to think quickly in those situations. While working in drilling sector, I gained some experience on well development more exactly with Polvo field. On this project, with Shiniti Ohara supervision, I worked with some drilling engineers and reservoir engineers on each subject, and on May/2010 Devon reached the brazilian extended reach well record by Polvo team.
