Together with 5 friends from the Mechanical Engineering course, we worked hard for several weeks to design and make a soapbox in order to conquer the cup of the Cauberg.Because of our technical and practical experience, we managed to make a… Show more From over 1500 entries, we were chosen to be 1 of 60 to participate in the Red Bull soapbox race. Together with 5 friends from the Mechanical Engineering course, we worked hard for several weeks to design and make a soapbox in order to conquer the cup of the Cauberg.Because of our technical and practical experience, we managed to make a soapbox with a double wishbone suspension which is completely technically calculated. In short, a technically advanced soapbox. Together with our well-executed theme, we therefore managed to go home with third place.
