  HHN 31:- One of the coordinators for the The Weeknd: After Hours Nightmare house for HHN31. - Typical duties included: checking them in using the daily schedule report at the top of day and setting out extension sheet/prop sheet, retrieving props, setting up break space. Would facilitate cast changes, occasionally held cast meetings, stand at the exit of the house to be an entertainment point of contact, assist with signing performers out at the end of the night.- Created multiple activities such as "Halfway to Halloween Celebration" where I created three full rounds of trivia for prizes, "Sav's Self Care Weeknd" where we discussed the importance of mental health, Spirit Week that included a scavenger hunt, and The Gory Grammy Award (cast voted Performer of the Year).Grinchmas:- Began an incentive program that had different numerical values. 1 could be given out to everyone by everyone, 3 could be given out by coordinators/dance captains/vocal captains to everyone, 5 could be given out by salaried managers to everyone. Could be applicable to their review with home venue. - Created an escort reference guide to help any escort that was coming over to help with the meet and greet grinch or to be used by any escort to find an answer to a common question.
