      I was hired inside the Assurance Financial Services with specialisation in the Banking sector, with main tasks consisting of the statutory and/or voluntary audit of company organisations belonging to the financial sector.       On 1 April 2024, following my experience in the Finance area, and after an internal job rotation, I joined the Marketing area, as head of Pricing&New Business. I coordinate a team of five people (three for Pricing and two for New Business) and I am responsible both for the definition of pricing for retail and wholesale products offered by the company to guarantee that its profitability targets are reached, as well as the study of new financial solutions that may be successful on the market.In this new role, I work with new stakeholders who range from Marketing colleagues in the other Toyota Group companies in Italy (Toyota Motor Italia, Toyota Insurance Management SE, KINTO Italy), with Sales colleagues who interface with the dealer network to understand whether any proposals they make can be implemented, directly with the figures responsible for dealers’ financial and insurance products.My main assignments include:▫️ Definition of the best price positioning for retail and wholesale products▫️ Monitoring of profitability for new retail/wholesale products to guarantee compliance with company targets▫️ Specific analysis in terms of pricing ▫️ Study of new financial products▫️ Improvements for IT development of the applications currently in use Show less
