  Working for a not-for-profit organisation my main role is Member Support. What does that include? Phone counselling, member linking, seeking and providing resources, hospital and home visits, teleconferencing, advocacy campaigns and more. I have a profound understanding of what it means to be affected by chronic disease and can provide support in a respectful, caring, and empathetic manner.
