      Accountable for the planning and approvals of the full Airbus Make perimeter plus Risk Sharing Partners (RSP) for all Capital Expenditure needs for the launch and ramp up of the A350XWB aircraft. Covering 16 internal manufacturing centres across Europe and RSP’s worldwide with a financial perimeter of over 3B€.Accountable for the monitoring and reporting of financial spend to the Executive Committee including convergence planning to the launch business case.Accountable for the ramp up readiness of facilities and equipment for both the -900 and -1000 series aircraft.Responsible to perform Risk and Opportunity assessments in order to meet annual budget planning, overall aircraft business case and rate ramp up requirement.       Airbus Awards for Excellence - Silver Award Airbus Jul 2009 Team implemented significant lean improvements to office based processes and procedures around the requesting, analysing and approving of Capital Expenditure for the whole of the Airbus company. Lead time reduced by over 70%, by close analysis of Value Stream mapping and waste elimination.

      Chairman's Award for Innovation - Gold Medal British Aerospace PLC (as part of Airbus partnership) Sep 1999 Team of three awarded one of 5 Gold Medal awarded in 1999 across the whole of British Aerospace PLC for the design, development and implementation of a new logistics handling system for long (up to 30m), high precision machined aircraft components that removed existing ergonomic and H&S issues and reduced manning requirements for critical operations from 8 to 2 persons.
