Covering 16 internal manufacturing centres across Europe and RSP’s worldwide with a financial perimeter of over 3B€.Accountable for the monitoring and reporting of financial spend to the Executive Committee including convergence planning to the launch business case.Accountable for the ramp up readiness of facilities and equipment for both the -900 and -1000 series aircraft.Responsible to perform Risk and Opportunity assessments in order to meet annual budget planning, overall aircraft business case and rate ramp up requirement. Lead time reduced by over 70%, by close analysis of Value Stream mapping and waste elimination.
