      ● 3Com provided voice and data networking products, services and solutions for the information technology sector. Having previously worked as QA Analyst team leader for Excel logistics, who provided logistical & supply chain solutions to 3Com I was asked to take up this role when 3Com decided to manage their own logistics & supply chain operations.● As I was already skilled in the use of 3Com's SAP CRM system this role involved the coordination of all staff training for specific roles within the company and delivery or delegation of this training with the objective of having each employee cross trained to carry out multiple roles throughout the new logistics hub. This objective was achieved for all employees with the help of HR, Operations Management and Supervisors in freeing up staff at required times for training or to change roles when needed.● Other software systems were also vital to this role and delivery of training and management of this training was also set out and achieved.● Training schedules, management and implementation of training was also set out and achieved for warehouse and order fulfilment equipment such as scanners, work stations, forklifts, loading bays and IT & office equipment.● All processes & procedures were designed to suit the new environment and these were monitored and evaluated to improve time management and efficiency.● Data analysis of employee performance was vital to this role in order to monitor effectiveness of procedures and implement changes if necessary.       ● EmployMe.ie is a jobs website startup based in Dublin. I was asked to come on board as the Social Media Marketing Manager and tasked with growing the brand's online presence. In the early stages of this role I created and managed all social media accounts for EmployMe.ie across multiple social media channels.● Daily tasks include content sourcing and scheduling using a variety of content & scheduling tools such as Feedly, Hootsuite and Buffer. Content was sourced from 3rd party recruiting & career related websites and news articles and shared at scheduled specific times across multiple social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google +, Instagram, Pinterest & Snapchat.● Creation of content calendar in order to set out specific content types and ensure a variety of engaging and interesting content was covered while appealing to a wide target audience or in accordance with specific scheduled campaigns.● Create a link between online and offline by implementing strategies aimed at driving offline campaign material online and growing social followers and increasing website traffic.● Specific Strategies were employed for each Social Media channel which were carefully designed to suit each specific channel. These strategies allowed each channel to grow organically and increased follower numbers, reach, engagement and page views with very limited budget.● Each channel was linked to the company website and objectives were to drive traffic from target audience to the website and convert visitors using a call to action on the homepage. KPIs were set out and monitored and reviewed using a variety of analytical tools. Growth of each social media channel lead to an increase in website traffic & conversions.● Jobs are posted on social media with job details and specific links to each job posting on the website.
