I was acknowledged by the senior management to plan, create, and deploy solar power systems in eight rural communities throughout Edo State. My routine task comprised of gaining desired outcomes; rolling-out S&OP strategy via personnel planning and leadership whilst ensuring budgetary integrity. Moreover, apart from my regular duties, I leveraged problem-solving tools including QFR, 5 Why's, PDCA, and AB report to drive continuous improvement. I was known for following housekeeping standards in line with 5S, as well as organising daily and weekly sprint meetings.Following are my achievements within this job role:• Maintained product quality by executing updated standard operating procedures (SOP), hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP), and good manufacturing practices (GMP).• Satisfied quantitative and qualitative requirements in timely manner by delivering leadership to production teams.• Saved $19, 680 by decreasing changeover time for Hero to Budweiser from 11 hours to 7 hours. Show less At AB InBev, I achieved project baselines by carrying out audits on food safety and quality. My organization showed faith in me to use production reports for production planning via co-ordination with sectional managers and departmental stakeholders in brewing, safety and environment, maintenance, energy and fluids, logistics and distribution, and QA. I was responsible for performing risk mitigation on packaging projects across West Africa. Also, I met production requirements by analysing backlogs and operations as well as updating work scope and shift schedules. I steered significant efforts in overseeing closure of gaps during steering committee meetings with management on weekly basis.Below enlisted are some of my achievements from this role.• Decreased downtime on filling valves maintenance by 73% and product loss by 43%; devised filling valve maintenance visual board (FVMVB) for 44K bottles per hour (bph) in packaging lines.• Saved business $16,000 in water costs; abated water usage ratio in packaging hall from 1.23HL/HL to target of 1.10HL/HL in just eight weeks.• Reduced 35% power consumption via implementation of conveyor sleep mode project for non-running conveyors.
