  Participei da primeira turma do programa EdTech do Instituto Alpha Lumen, uma iniciativa voltada para capacitar indivíduos em situação de vulnerabilidade social com habilidades essenciais para o mercado de trabalho na área de tecnologia. Entre milhares de inscritos em todo o país, fui selecionada como uma das trinta participantes dessa jornada.Ao longo do programa, adquiri e apliquei uma ampla gama de habilidades em projetos colaborativos. Começando com projetos básicos em HTML, CSS e JavaScript, avancei para desafios mais complexos, incluindo controle de sessão, CRUDs, WebSockets e integração completa de Front-End, Back-End e Banco de Dados, utilizando tecnologias como React (com Styled-components, Material UI, Context API, entre outras) e NodeJS.   As a Web Development Tutor at Driven, I played a pivotal role in guiding and supporting students throughout their intensive full stack web development training. My responsibilities as a Scrum Master involved overseeing student projects, providing individual and group mentoring sessions, and facilitating live Q&A sessions to address any doubts or challenges they encountered.One of my key strengths is my ability to lead and motivate students effectively. I excel in directing individuals toward their goals, resolving conflicts, and engaging in difficult conversations when necessary. I am skilled in finding innovative solutions to various problems, fostering a positive learning environment for all.Throughout my tenure, I took a proactive approach to ensure student success, going above and beyond to support those facing personal difficulties during their training. Through my guidance and encouragement, several students who contemplated giving up due to personal challenges were able to persevere and ultimately secure employment in the tech industry.Driven's unique approach to education, focusing on practical software engineering and professional behavioral skills, allowed me to tailor my mentorship to empower students with real-world experience and expertise.
