      Built an Insight Engine to predict the performance of polyelectrolytes as filter coating material for norovirus (‘vomiting bug’) detection. Optimized regression model to reduce labor cost by half in material screening process. The novel filter combined with model-optimized operation condition (e.g., pressure and flowrates) showed at least 30% higher virus recovery than the traditional design. Granted 2017 best presentation award by American Membrane Technology Association (AMTA).
