  Through these summer employment positions, I oversaw safety measures at the pool, developed swim instruction plans tailored to each child, designed swim practices for the summer swim league team, and provided constructive feedback to both parents and children.

  Through the Orlando Health Observership Program, I shadowed Dr. Peppler 1x/wk, along with many other physicians, NPs and RNs. I gained experience in the ED, most hospital floors, pre- and post-op clinics, as well as professional meetings. Unfortunately this program was cut short by the 2nd COVID outbreak, but I still gained valuable knowledge and skills.

  Worked as Receptionist at GCM's membership-based primary care practice in Tampa, FL. Provided tailored, best-in-class medical care with an emphasis on relationships. Scheduled and checked-in patients using EMR (Athena) software, as well as processed payments, updated patient-billing accounts, and provided necessary medical records. Assisted in operational projects as needed.
