  - For my end of study final project, my project was to build a Mobile Application for Laptop Price Prediction.- Lappy-Pred is a mobile application that uses new technologies (machine learning, artificial intelligence, the internet of things, etc.) to predict the price of a laptop based on the characteristics of the given laptop.The machine learning model used for price prediction automation on the application is an unsupervised machine learning model called the Ridge Regressor, which has an R2 score of 90.- For the front-end of the user experience, I used the Dart programming language and the Flutter framework with the help of various widgets and packages to create a simple and easy-to-use user interface.- For the back-end services, I worked with Firebase for user authentication, QR code storage, and database services.- For training the machine learning model, I used Jupyter Notebook, which is a web-based editor for Python and contains various Python libraries used for machine learning.- I used the Scikit-Learn library for the machine learning tasks. applied OneHotEncoding and converted the categorical variables into numerical ones. Then I split the data into training and test sets with a training size of 80% and a test size of 20%.I tried 5 different regression models (linear model regression, neural network regression, nearest neighbors regression, decision tree regression, and support vector machine regression). and evaluated them using the mean absolute error (MAE), mean squared error (MSE), root mean squared error (RMSE), and root square score (R2).After training and evaluating the various machine learning models, I determined that the Ridge Regressor from the LINEAR MODEL REGRESSORS had the highest R2 Score of 0.87.- I then exported the final model out of Jupyter Notebook, and I deployed the model as a Flask API in JSON format to Heroku, then integrated it into the mobile app. عرض أقل
