  In this role, Alex is responsible for managing retention and engagement of our designee clients through curating designee-related content and continuing education webinars, crafting and implementing designee strategy, and advocating for excellence in the designee experience. The Manager of Professional Development is responsible for the operational management of designation products and services and Continuing Education (CE). The Designations Manager oversees the Brand Ambassadors Program and the CE Provider Program, as well as designee-related retention and designee support. Fi360, now part of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., has been empowering financial intermediaries to profitably implement prudent fiduciary practices since 1999, offering solutions including the AIF® and AIFA® Designation programs, Fiduciary Focus Toolkit™ and Fi360 Fiduciary Score®.
