  Characterisation Engineer

  Taking part in an international Engineering team as a Sensor Function Developer, I am responsible for:- Position sensor function development, specialized in linear movement and rotor position magnetic sensors (Hall-sensors)- Coordinating projects, being single-point contact with internal customers. Making effort calculations and contract preparation.- Magnetic field simulations in Ansys Maxwell (static, eddy-current, transient) for optimizing the sensors to magnet positions and data analysis- Magnet shape and magnetizatiom process optimization based on evaluating magnetic simulations- Technical support for international projects’ test processes- Series support as Test Engineer, responsible sensor function relevant technical decision making- Participating in measurement process development - Providing measurements and preparing reports- Being single-point contact for technical questions for sensor magnets for other Business Unit- Being responsible for part release worldwide for products- Verifying magnet parameters against specification- Keeping up-dated technical documentation is SAP- DRBFM L2 certificate (Design Review Based on Failure Mode)- Excel Key Account within my group.
