  Developed a heat sink-equipped enclosure for PCB using Solidworks and Ansys. Led FEA and Thermal Analysis using Ansys to ensure structural integrity and thermal efficiency in the product design, leading to increased product reliability.Modelled a lightweight frame for the Hexa-Drone to secure and enclose the electronics and hold the battery.Used Rapid Prototyping and iterations in the designs, refining the product at reduced complexity.
