  Supervised workers at the PET performs production floor and oversees plant operations.Consulted with superiors regarding departmental problems, process improvements and safety hazards. I carried out preventive, running and corrective maintenance according to manufacturer's guide on Husky and Netsal Injection Molding Machines. I sets-up and operated the aforementioned machines as required. I applied 5s to production processes as well as recorded process parameters on hourly basis. On this job, I sets-up and operated Plastic Injection Molding Machines (Husky and Netsal PET Lines).I ensured plastics products (preforms) are produced according to quality specifications . I ensured good house keeping so as to prevent accidents on the production floor.
