This entails efficiently managing Level 1 and Level 2 service requests using various ticketing systems, including ServiceNow, configuring new laptops and desktops to align with company compliance standards, and assisting clients with user account and password management within the Active Directory environment. I've excelled in swiftly diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, maintaining open lines of communication with clients until their systems are fully functional. Additionally, I've contributed to minimizing store-wide downtime and enabled swift resolutions for connectivity issues. I've been instrumental in guiding clients through server room troubleshooting, clarifying the functionalities of modems, routers, switches, ports, and other components. I've extended my expertise to assist clients with the management and installation of Intune on their devices, alongside offering support for various Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions such as PingID and Microsoft Authenticator.
