  Christie Hospital Proton Beam Therapy (PBT) - 80 million pound project constructing the UK's first ever high energy proton beam therapy service. Christie Hospital Integral Procedures Unit (IPU) - 10 million pound project that incorporated a 3.7 million pound CE which comprised of an extra Clinical Trials extension and a Main Entrance fit out to the ground floor with full retail space - The main project that was 6.3 million pound compromised of a new 2 storey build extension over the top of the existing main entrance of the hospital. These works were constrained by all sides with vulnerable patient groups, visitors & staff. Detailed methodology documents were produced for the user engagements and planning of these intrinsic construction works. All works were planned and implemented to the highest degree, all to the satisfaction of a long running client. Corn Exchange - 11 million pound project in the center of Manchester at the Corn Exchange. Full redevelopment of an existing Edwardian grade 1 listed building into a new establishment housing a vast array of restaurants. The scheme also compromised of a full redevelopment of all the external landscaping, working closely with Manchester City Council to incorporate the external design also within the building. Showcasing all its original Edwardian beauty with a modern twist, The Corn Exchange is home to a mix of new restaurants in Manchester that offer a fusion of flavours from around the globe. Show less 5.6 million pound project in Hyde, working along side with Tameside council and the Local Authorities. The scheme was a new build primary school compromising of a 2 storey building, housing all students from year 1 - 6. Along with a full demolition of the existing structures to then provide full Sports of England accredited sports pitches. The project was completed on programme to a delighted head teacher and school.Christie Hospital YOU/HTU - 10 million pound project. The works at the The Christie building was a combination of a new Young Oncology Unit linked together with a new Heamatology Transplant Unit. The project was extremely difficult as a 2 storey structure had to be built over the top of an existing hospital building, with a adjoining 3 storey new build at the front. The project was completed on time, to a once again a very important client, who I am proud to say I have worked along side with. Show less Christie Hospital Brachytherapy Unit - 3.1 million pound project. Highly complicated site both logistically and technically, compromising of 3 Pulse Dose Rooms and 4 Radioiodine rooms. The project was successfully completed 5 weeks ahead of program to a very happy important client.Oulton Primary School new build and refurb project to a value of 4.3 million pound, that was completed 9 weeks early.The Christie Oak Road Patient Treatment Centre - 35 million pound project completed 1 month early with an additional 5 million pounds of extra work carried out in the same contractual time.
