People, Process, and Technology- Constantly look out for opportunities for improvement to maintain operational excellence.- Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.- Attract, motivate and retain employees across all levels for a high performance culture.- Develop and coach more junior employees to identify gaps in their competencies and build development plans.- Use data to provide insightful reports, dashboard that allow the business and senior leaderships to gain a good understanding of recruitment activities as well as to drive strategic, data-lead decision-making- Drive the team adoption of all recruitment technology and tools such as ATS, Job Boards, Databases, etc.3. Partnership Management- Maintain strong partnerships with stake vendors to ensure outstanding services that meet the bank's needs4.
