   Responsible for designing and recommending & providing solutions for radio network quality improvements. Responsible for designing In-Building Solution with using iBwave for Signal Enhancement of different operators.  Responsible for generation of Cell Design database of new and existing sites, site validation, site verification, completion of Acceptance Process for new sites etc.  Proficient using Ibwave Enterprise v7.1/ IBS Designer/ TEMS Pocket.  Ability to output and execute IBS implementation and work closely with groups such as installers, civil works, etc.  Monitors the progress of the Site installation and the Site Acceptance  Prepare Bill of Quantities, Quotation and Coasting.  Prepares a Weekly update for the Teams Accomplishments and Site completing Reports Status.  Handles directly the directives from the Customer.  Conducting the technical site survey for GSM/UMTS/LTE of In-Building Solutions (IBS), outdoor for New site, Relocation site, Upgrade site and Site hunting,  Responsible for all Documents (SID, SDD & PAC) Related Activities.  Preparing Walk Test Report with Coverage Predication Plot (Using iBwave)  Preparing of RFI (Ready for installation) sheet for outdoor (Green filed & Roof Top) Sites.  Conducting the M/W Survey regarding LOS and Position. Site Supervision of Civil Work & BSS installation.  Utilizing Site Master & GPS in Site as per Requirement.  Preparation of 2D drawings & 3D models of Monopole, Palm Tree Monopole, 4 Legged Tower, 3 Legged Tower, Square Tower. Guyed Mast, Free Standing poles, Rooftop poles & Shelter.  Preparation of Site Installation Documents, Site Design Document & Final Site Survey Report for BTS Sites of Ericsson, Nokia, Siemens & Motorola including Power, Signal, Transmission, Antenna Cabling, Floor Plan, Allocation, MW Link Plan & Aerial Placing Drawings  Preparation of Protocol for Acceptance of Indoor & Repeater Sites.
