The Body Spa was sold to a main competitor and remains successful today in Spokane, WA.

Created rapid expansion (400% growth in 2 years), multiple locations and created operational systems to support the quick growing company. Finished my assignment for growth, profitablility and implementing the cosmetic surgery portion of the practice during my tenure with Shape. Now they are a consulting client. Shape continues to thrive in Spokane, WA!

We offer services of: On Site Sales Events, Social Media management, Virtual Training Courses for the Aesthetic Industry, Financial Planning and Marketing Strategies. On behalf of our clients, we sold over $18M at our on site events. I speak nationally at tradeshows and for various laser companies about how to build a successful and profitable elective medical practice. We specialize in cosmetic, plastic and medspa practices. We provide business consulting services for finance, marketing, staffing, recruiting, sales training, sales events, business planning, startups and turn arounds. Currently working with clients throughout the US focusing on On-Site Events Averaging Sales of $50,000 per Event! Events range from Laser Lipo, Injectables, Lasers and Integrated Medicine.
