Tree Package PM for Chevron Anchor 20k Project. Chevron Anchor is in the project execution phase requiring to deliver industry's first 20ksi XT system for subsea production. Tree package comprises the development, manufacturing and testing of eight (8) 20ksi Vertical Tree systems. This role requires strong management of engineering activities, as the development of this new technology (20k XT system) is performed in parallel with the project execution. One of the key aspects to the success of this project is to proper set and control the engineering priorities, based on the manufacturing plant’s requirements, to keep schedule on track. Strong stakeholder management is also necessary to avoid scope creep and make sure the project team objectives are aligned with the client’s needs. Vis mindre Systems PM responsible for delivery of the Subsea Production System (SPS) for Katmai & Genovesa projects with Fieldwood Energy. Katmai project is an alliance partnership with Subsea 7 (SIA) with total value of over $140M. SPS scope comprises four (4) 15k Horizontal X-mas Trees, CVC & Small-Bore Connectors, Gate Valves, Topsides & Subsea Controls and Multiphase Flowmeters. This role requires strong schedule control to deliver the SPS scope in 14 months. Work with the plants to ensure engineering, procurement and manufacturing activities are on track and the interfaces between all scopes are aligned. Extensive communication is necessary to keep the project packages and SIA objectives aligned with the client’s needs. Built a robust relationship with the client on its first project with OSS. Vis mindre Subsea Connections & Manifolds NTD: • PM overseeing the new technology developments for Subsea Connectors & Manifolds. Responsible for forecasting and controlling the program spends; managing the activities at the test facility to keep schedule on track; and being the integrator between upper management, engineers, testing team and internal clients to ensure a smooth operation.Subsea Trees NTD:• PM in charge of the Inpex Ichthys Phase 2a project, to qualify critical production components of the OSS VMXT and bridge the gap necessary for contract award. The main challenge of this project is to comply with the chemical compatibility and wide temperature range required by the client with limited time and budget.JSM PS004 Intervention Skid• PM responsible for the development of an intervention skid to be installed in the Chevron well JSM PS004. Responsibilities include management of the supplier iTech SS7 and internal teams located in Houston and Berwick to design, manufacture, test and perform the SIT of the intervention skid and all necessary tooling within 5 months. Vis mindre PM in charge of the CtP Project, a client co-funded technology development project with Statoil & Chevron. Project comprises the development of an alternatively deployed ESP system for subsea wells in deep-water Gulf of Mexico. The development includes the bottom intake ESP, monitoring system, the multi-functional deployment cable, technology-enabling completions valves, cable hanger, running tools, top-sides equipment and installation procedures. Responsible for planning and controlling the project schedule, budget, resources, expends and invoices. Also, responsible for updating the project business case and managing the $63M USD contract between Schlumberger and Statoil. As the project has engineering teams located in various places across the globe, the stakeholder management is one of the main challenges of this role. Intense involvement with the client and the team members is necessary to keep the different groups aligned with client requirements and ensure project deliverables were achieved on time, on budget and with high level of quality. Responsibilities also include supervision of the development of each subsystem and management of the interfaces between them to guarantee the entire system is properly integrated. Vis mindre PE in charge of the Subsea ESP operations for Jubarte and Golfinho fields for Petrobras. Worked closely with the client to manage the operations offshore, increase the ESP runlife and improve well uptime. Responsible for managing and controlling the project P&L, invoices, inventory and contract. Worked as supervisor on the implementation of the monitoring system and well commissioning for the Jubarte and Golfinho fields. Also, worked on the initiation and planning phases of Parque das Baleias Project with Petrobras. Project involves design, manufacturing, installation and monitoring of 6 subsea ESP skids installed in a flow-base at seabed in deep water, offshore Brazil. Performed the planning of the system integration test onshore and the commissioning operation offshore, necessary to implement the technology. Intensive interaction with the client and 3rd parties was needed to ensure the equipment would fit the project needs. Vis mindre Joined Schlumberger as Field Engineer for ESP, working on Pulling, Installation and Commissioning of ESPs in both offshore and onshore environments. Performed ESP Designs for Subsea wells and worked on technical proposals for Subsea ESP bids. Participated on ESP equipment testing and root cause failure analysis. Worked as Quality engineer implementing procedures and documentation for the facility in compliance to ISO 9001 norm. Champion on the program Illumina from Schlumberger that is the main database of wells with ESP. Vis mindre
