  Developing and maintaining new systems for it-infrastructure, including deploying Windows OS for the first time in a large scale, at the Faculty of Natural Sciences. First line support for students and maintenance of student computer lab at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Oslo (aprox. 12-14 hrs. a week). Promoted to Chief Computer Lab Assistant (Stueansvarlig) from August 2000. Students used both Linux and Windows and a wide variety of programs.
