I accomplished recertification of the Quality Assurance program for both ISO 9000.2018 and NAVSEA. I established new work processes, instructions, forms, new procedures. I facilitated the subsequent training for the above mentioned including training personnel on estimating large work packages. I utilized my many professional resources & contacts in business development adding five new clients (large & small ship repair companies) to the AIT dept. I was responsible for multiple / simultaneous contracts & production activities spanning the globe. immediately through effective coordination with all team members. My drive, focus and team coordination has on several occasions reduced potential impacts to projects.
