  • Senior Electrical Design Engineer responsible for managing the team production for all electrical systems such as: Lighting, Power Systems, Fire Alarm, Cable Routing, Lightning, Earthing...etc) for various types of projects , in addition to the preparation of all tender documents (specifications, method of measurements and BOQ, priced BOQ) including all necessary reports for the electrical systems.• Apply and monitor the Project management practices such as ( determine , project cost, schedule , tasks, and department resources ,acquire resources, issuing monthly status report, working on PMIS, prepare team chart, manage team, project initiation and closing , monitor KPIs against baselines ( cost , time , schedule ). • Perfect working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, IEC Risk Assessment for lightning systems, Dialux and FURSE lightning software applications, Caterpillar and CUMMINS generator sizing software applications, ETAP for power flow analysis, ELEVATE for traffic analysis, and others. Some of the project I participated/leading in designing/project management: 1- 4IR center for Aramco – KSA, aldahran , Midra tower (2,500m2):Design and supervision of the fourth industrial revolution center for Armco.2- Ritz Carlton Hotel & Residence – Amman (115,000m2):Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences, Amman, Jordan. Detailed design (under BIM management), 3- HIKMA Headquarter – Amman (47,000m2)(LEED Gold):A new headquarter for HIKMA company in Jordan, Amman. The building is considered office building for 600 employees. In addition the building contains a tier 2+ data center for the company.(under BIM management).4- Ministry of transportation –Riyadh/Jeddah (55000,m2):A new headquarter for ministry of transportation KSA, Riyadh/Jeddah. The building is considered office building for 1300 employees. 5- Salahaddin University – Erbil (2,800,000m2):A university campus located in the capital of Kurdistan region in Iraq. Some of the project I participated in designing: 1- Electrical Tunnels/Culverts Connecting SEC Electrical Stations Makkah AL-Mokaramah, Saudi Arabia: Electrical tunnels for HV &MV cables connecting Saudi electrical stations to provide electrical power for the Haram expansion facilities and also designing a fire fighting stations for the tunnels.2- Madinah Convention Centre, Saudi Arabia(40,405 m2) (LEED SILVER):Multi-storey convention centre on a site area of 91,000 m². The project consists of a main convention theatre for 2,500 persons, 2 large exhibition halls, 3 multi-purpose halls, meeting rooms, business centre, economic and media centre, and service and landscaped areas. Parking spaces for 2,100 cars are provided at both the basement and ground level.(under BIM management),3- Madinah Hajj City –Almadina – KSA (171,000m2):Madinah Hajj City, Saudi Arabia. Detailed design (under BIM management), tender documents for a 5 stars hotel inside the city.4- Almaktoum International Airport,UAE :Work on the concept / schematic design for the new AMI airport UAE, Abu Dhabi.5- Three Workers Hospitals and standalone Healthcare Center ,Qatar 42,000m2):Design review for three 120-bed hospitals (expandable to 200 beds each) in addition to an Integrated Healthcare Centre with a canteen, washroom and central utility plant. Each of the 3 hospitals has a built-up area of 42,000 m². The project also comprised of the site development of Mesaieed and Ras Laffan Industrial Cities.6- Schlumberger Super Base – Takoradi – Ghana (200,000m2):A multi segment industrial base for oilfield services of Schlumberger in the region of West Africa. The base consists of workshops, laboratories, offices, storage areas, cafeteria and recreation facilities. The design also included site infrastructure and services facilities. Show less
